Loomis—Pay is an ambitious startup funded by Loomis Group, aiming to offer an all-in-one payment setup for shops, cafés and restaurants all over the world.
Since launching in October 2020, we have launched in three countries and built up a team of 100+ bright payment talents that are working hard to make it a global success.

We are a small, growing company where you will get the opportunity to contribute shaping the ways of working, processes and culture - as well as your own role. We are now looking for Head of Point-of-Sale to lead the development of Loomis Pay’s core Point-of-Sale (“POS”) product. The role is at the center of everything we do as we continue to develop our core product offering that customers and partners love. The domain consists of three teams, each led by a Product Manager (“PM”).
Key responsibilities
Long term vision – As a senior member of the Product leadership team with strategic responsibility you will have significant influence over the long term strategy within your problem space and set the activities and initiatives necessary to get there.
Short/mid-term roadmap - The roadmap and backlog of the product is a living thing that needs to be adjusted frequently to match the continued evolving business requirements. As the domain head you will help your teams align on prioritization and ensure cross-team collaboration.
Evaluate product progress - At times we need to stop for a second to evaluate the progress of our tasks, on a higher level. You have the greater overview of the product progress, and highlight the direction we are going, but also be able to see a need for change of direction.
Stakeholder management - You are a key person between teams, stakeholders, and managers. You are to ensure that every team is informed, and you have the right buy-in from key stakeholders on any mayor decision. You stay in close dialogue with stakeholders across the Loomis group organization and ensure that prioritized initiatives align with the company’s short and long term objectives.
Profile and experience
Experience
- Proven leadership in POS operations and strategy.
- Track record of success in driving cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
- Previous leadership position of leading leaders
- Great understanding of modern agile product and development practices
- Expertise in optimizing POS systems for efficiency and customer satisfaction.

- Collaborative and adaptable, fostering a positive team culture.
- Results-oriented with exceptional communication skills.
- Customer-centric mindset – building products the customers love.
Languages - Fluent English
