About the Role

In this role, you will work across a wide range of areas, including financial reporting, liquidity reporting, tax, and VAT. You’ll also have a strong focus on improving and streamlining processes including AI/Robotics. The VAT tasks are diverse and sometimes complex, so prior experience handling advanced VAT matters is highly valued. Experience in international settings is also desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, as well as financial reporting and annual statements.

• Oversee and ensure the quality of ongoing accounting processes, making sure daily routines are followed.

• Manage tax and VAT matters, including advanced international VAT-related issues.

• Drive process improvement and efficiency initiatives, ensuring alignment with the group’s internal control framework.

• Participate in various financial projects, such as acquisitions.

• Supervisory role within accounting, providing guidance and support.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with:

• A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

• Several years of experience in accounting, auditing, or similar roles, with expertise in complex accounting matters.

• End-to-end proficiency in the accounting process, including financial reporting.

• Experience in dynamic, fast-paced, and growing organizations.

• A collaborative and social personality with the ability to build strong relationships.

• A proactive mindset, thriving in a fast-moving environment and embracing change as an opportunity for improvement.
